1. Rinse the white rice thoroughly, then drain well in a colander
2. Add the ingredients from [A] into the deeper grill pan and mix
3. Add the rice and stir gently to combine then level the surface and let the rice soak for 30 to 60 minutes as is
4. Cut the butter into 1 cm cubes
5. Place the salted salmon on top of the rice then scatter the corn and butter over it
6. Cover with the shallow grill pan lid and cook at 280°C for 15 minutes
7. After cooking, leave it in the oven for another 10 minutes to steam
