Established in 1919

Aladdin began its journey in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧

In 1919, Aladdin Industries was established in the United Kingdom. The company began research and development of oil heaters and completed the prototype of the "Aladdin Blue Flame Heater," known as the "I.R." model

1957

Japan began importing the Aladdin Blue Flame Heater (I.R. model)

The I.R. Model refers to the original prototype of the Aladdin Blue Flame Heater.

The name "I.R." stands for "Infra-Red," reflecting its use of infrared heating technology, which allowed for more efficient heat distribution. This model marked the beginning of Aladdin's iconic line of oil heaters, renowned for their blue flame and efficient performance

1973

Aladdin Japan Co., Ltd. was established

The Blue Flame Heater (Series 37) was introduced

British-made components were assembled in Japan.To incorporate Japan's earthquake-proof automatic extinguishing system, a knock-down method was adopted

1985

A.I.C. Japan Co., Ltd. was established

It acquired the rights to the Aladdin brand and began expanding the brand thereafter.

2002

Sengoku Co., Ltd. Begins Undertaking OEM Production

Sengoku Co., Ltd. began manufacturing the "Aladdin Blue Flame Heater" under an OEM agreement in Japan.

2005
Sengoku Co., Ltd. acquired the rights to sell under the Aladdin brand.

2012

Production of the Far Infrared Graphite Heater began

Electric heating incorporating the patented "Graphite Heater®" technology was introduced.
