Delivery Times

We usually dispatch orders within 3 working days

Delivery times vary based on selected service and destination. Regular post ranges from 3 to 28 working days depending on the shipping address and carriers.

Pre-Orders delivery are subject to confirmation,

Express shipping are refers to the time when the parcel are starting with the courier, it is not the time for your order to be packed. For standard domestic shipping please allow 3 ~ days or more for delivery, for standard international shipping please allow 7 ~ days or more before dispatched.

We will not deliver to PO Boxes, locked bags or parcel lockers and deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays as they apply nationally and to each State

We provide you an estimated date of delivery, however, these estimates are subject to change and are not guaranteed

All parcels are tracked within network of delivery providers. A parcel may be forwarded outside of this network and carrier will cease receiving the tracking information. International deliveries will be processed by the global postal network and carrier will rely on the tracking information received by postal operators


Shipping Insurance

This is optional but recommended for added protection at the check out

If insurance is not selected, we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit.

By placing an order without shipping insurance, you acknowledge and accept these terms.


Claiming Insurance

Due to the carrier’s claim period and requirements, to file a shipping insurance claim, please provide photos of the outer box with the shipping label visible, the inner product and the damaged area within three days of arrival


Customs/International

Your duties and taxes are not built into the purchase price for international purchase shown at the checkout. Please be advised that it is the customer's responsibility to be aware of any restrictions or additional fees that would be applicable when importing certain items into their own country (e.g. wood). Any additional fees out of the standard duty/tax/VAT will be payable by the customer.

Extra duties and taxes may apply to the following regions:

- Asia

- South America

- Africa

- Some European countries

- Any countries outside of Australia.


Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address if the order has yet to be processed. 

If address need to be changed after we dispatched items, please contact to carrier directly. Usually carrier details shown in shipping confirmation email we sent.


Product Variation

Due to the many of our products like knives, donabe, ceramic and etc. are handcrafted, therefore no two products will be completely identical. Minor variations in wood grain and colour, steel pattern, finish, and packaging.
